Q: Why am i not getting your emails?

A: Check your spam folder, or if you are using hotmail or live email

acounts you will not receive our emails. Please use a different

email provider when submitting an order.

 

Q: Are you U.S. domestic?

A: Yes

 

Q: Do you ship international

A: NO

 

Q:  Will I recieve a tracking number?

A:  No, we do not provide tracking numbers. Although ALL orders are tracked in the case of shipping errors.

 

Q: Do you guarantee delivery?

A: Yes, if the order does not show “delivered” we will re ship at no cost.

 

Q: How do i check the status of my order?

A: The status of your order will be updated throughout the ordering process, and can be viewed in your customer account.

 

Q:  Is a signature required upon delivery?

A: No.

 

Q: How long does it take to recieve my order?

A: You will recieve your order within 3-5 business days, AFTER  the status of your order has been changed to completed.

 

Q: What type of payments do you take?

A: We currentlyaccept Bitcoin,  Western Union (under $800),

and Money Gram (over $800)
