A: No, we do not provide tracking numbers. Although ALL orders are tracked in the case of shipping errors.

A: Yes, if the order does not show “delivered” we will re ship at no cost.

A: The status of your order will be updated throughout the ordering process, and can be viewed in your customer account.

A: You will receive your order within 3-7 business days, AFTER the status of your order has been changed to completed.
