A: You may created an account during the checkout process of your first order.


Q: Why am i not getting your emails?

A: Check your spam folder. Or if you are not using a secure email provider, you will not receive our emails. Please use a different email provider when submitting an order, such as tutanota.

A: Yes


Q: Why am I sending money to different countries is you’re dom?

A: All orders ship domestic, regardless of where your payment goes

A:  No, we do not provide tracking numbers. Although ALL orders are tracked in the case of shipping errors.


Q: Do you guarantee delivery?

A: Yes, if the order does not show “delivered” we will re ship at no cost.


Q: How do i check the status of my order?

A: The status of your order will be updated throughout the ordering process, and can be viewed in your customer account.


Q: How do i know my order has shipped?

A: When your order status has been changed to completed.


Q:  Is a signature required upon delivery?

A: No


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: You will receive your order within 3-7 business days, AFTER  the status of your order has been changed to completed.


Q: What type of payments do you take?

A: We currently accept Bitcoin,  Western Union, Money Gram and Zelle


Q: How long does it take for my payment to process?

A: Western Union, and Money Gram payments may take up to 2-5 business days to process.  BTC is immidiate. Zelle will take 1-3 days.


Q: It’s been 7 business days and 1 minute and i have not received my order?

A: This is a general guidelin for delivery times, if you have not received your order in 2 weeks from making payment. Please send a message to our Contact page and we will gladly help.
